Development Support Overview

24U Software development support provides a quality technical-level support for developers who need direct connection with 24U Software engineers to efficiently resolve highly technical issues. Development support means that 24U Software engineers will directly answer questions about the code you are writing or the solution you are designing.

24U Dev Incident

A development support incident is defined as a single, discrete problem, i.e. a single technical issue that cannot be subdivided into different issues. Each technical support incident is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Technical support is provided in English only and via email only.

Once you have purchased technical support incident(s) send your request, via e-mail, to the e-mail address provided in the purchase receipt. 24U Software engineers will make every effort to provide an initial response to an incident inquiry within three business days.

24U Software engineers do not provide user-level assistance for 24U Software products. If you need help installing, using or updating 24U Software products, please refer to the customer support options available here.

24U Developer Aid

Developer Aid for FileMaker and plug-in developers is available as scheduled sessions. The minimum time to schedule per order is 4 hours.

Unlike development support incident, our developer aid services are provided at a hourly rate and any available communication channel can be used, including AIM or Skype.

24U Emergency Aid

We provide Emergency Aid for FileMaker developers when at least one of our developers is available. If you’re in emergency and need an urgent help, please try to call us before ordering the emergency aid. We’ll let you know if we can help you, and only then ask you to pay for the service.
