What's new in 24U SimpleSound Plug-In 4.1
The following improvements have been introduced:
- Added support for 64-bit FileMaker® Pro and FileMaker Pro Advanced
- ID3 tags in MP3 files can now be read and written on FileMaker Server as well
- Added support for more ID3 text tags
- Added support for pictures embedded in mp3 files by supporting APIC ID3 Tag
- Added documentation of possible error codes
- Improved registration process
Other changes:
- Playback functionality completely rewritten, several issues fixed in the process
- Quicktime framework dropped, Windows version now uses DirectShow, Mac version uses AV Foundation
- Removed recording functionality
