24U Phone Companion uses 24U Phone Companion Server (ilink TeamCall Lite) as its middleware to talk to your PBX. Thanks to TeamCall Lite, all the following PBX brands are currently supported by 24U Phone Companion: Aastra DeTeWe, Alcatel, Auerswald, Avaya, Cisco, Deutsche Telekom, Ericsson, NEC, Panasonic, Siemens.
Some telephone switches require the middleware to be installed on a Windows PC. For detailed list of supported PBX models and operating systems, please click here.
Support for other brands and models may be possible to add on demand. Please contact 24U or your local 24U Phone Companion implementation partner to check 24U Phone Companion's compatibility with a specific telephone switch.

24U Phone Companion is designed to be very easy to use. 24U Phone Companion can be used with conjunction of physical phone connected to PBX and TeamCall installed on the server. Check your phone number and open examples in the "Examples" folder in the distribution archive. Connect to TeamCall and insert the number and you can control the phone from FileMaker Pro. To learn more about plug-in's abilities check "Documentation" folder and the file "PhoneCompanionSyntax.html".
If you are new to FileMaker plug-ins, start by checking the UsingFMPlugIns.html file inside the "Documentation" folder. It briefly explains what plug-ins are, why they are useful, and how they are usually used. No Phone_Reject function to reject incoming calls
The plug-in is not able to reject incoming call because most PBXs don't support it. You can "reject" call on some PBXs by calling Phone_Answer and Phone_HangUp.
